Eclipse Textiles is based in Brisbane, QLD. The trading hours listed relate to the times you can contact us from other states during day light saving.

You can also subscribe to our e-Newsletter, which will be sent directly to your inbox, were you will receive a notification about new fabrics with the option to obtain a free sample by clicking the sample request link included in this email. Your sample request will be posted automaticaly to your designated postal address.

All orders have to be placed in writing, either via email or fax to 07 3251 2971.

Payment can be made via credit card (1.5% surcharge applies) or direct deposit, except for A4 swatches and artwork check services, where payment can only be made via credit card.

All indent orders, custom production batches or print orders require a 50% deposit upfront.

Dispatch times are 1-3 days. Delivery times can vary from state to state, so please ask your customer service representative for service times to your area when placing your order.

Yes, fabric can be sent to a 3rd party. All you have to do is advice your customer service representative on the different delivery address.

Please make sure the 3rd party checks all deliveries before signing the courier’s delivery docket to ensure all items have been received, e.g. 4 out of 4 parcels have been delivered.

Eclipse Textiles can not chase any missing goods once the courier company has a signed proof of delivery (POD) docket and therefore no claims can be made against Eclipse Textiles.

Some 3rd parties might have an agreement with a courier company to allow them to leave goods without obtaining a signature. Again no claims can be made against Eclipse Textiles for any missing items as this agreement was made solemnly between the 3rd party and the courier company.

Orders can be shipped via Road Service or in overnight Airbag Satchels.

Costs for Road Service depend on weight and volume of your order and will be calculated individually for each order. Please talk to your customer service representative when you place your order to obtain a quote on road freight charges. Overnight Airbag Satchels are available in 2 different sizes. The current price for a 3kg bag is $16.75 (NT: $37.58) and for a 5kg (NT: $51.58) bag $30.25 plus GST. Airbag prices for remote areas can vary and service times can be up to 2 days. Freight costs for Brisbane Metropolitan areas are currently $5.11/parcel and for Gold and Sunshine Coats region $9.06/parcel plus GST.

We can send your order via Australia Post, however Eclipse Textiles can not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of your goods. Sending your order via Australia Post is at your own risk.

To receive the tracking number for your order, please get in contact with your customer service representative. If you need to trace your delivery talk to your customer service representative as she/he will get in contact with the courier company for you to track your parcel.

Please contact your customer services representative to organise necessary arrangements.

Please talk to your customer service representative to request a return. This will be booked in for you and the return documents send via email to attach to the fabric that is being returned. Once the stock has arrived back into our warehouse and has been inspected a credit will be raised, unless other arrangements have been made with your customer service representative.

To be able to register as a customer with Eclipse Textiles you need to be either a registered garment manufacturer or fabric retailer. A copy of your business registration certificate is required upon registering with Eclipse Textiles.

For most of our fabrics the MOQ is 1m. Some exceptions apply and the MOQ varies between 5-10m.

Our trading hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm. During the daylight saving period our trading hours change Brisbane time 7.00am to 4.30pm.
