Yes, fabric can be sent to a 3rd party. All you have to do is advice your customer service representative on the different delivery address.
Please make sure the 3rd party checks all deliveries before signing the courier’s delivery docket to ensure all items have been received, e.g. 4 out of 4 parcels have been delivered.
Eclipse Textiles can not chase any missing goods once the courier company has a signed proof of delivery (POD) docket and therefore no claims can be made against Eclipse Textiles.
Some 3rd parties might have an agreement with a courier company to allow them to leave goods without obtaining a signature. Again no claims can be made against Eclipse Textiles for any missing items as this agreement was made solemnly between the 3rd party and the courier company.
